A few weeks back, my husband and I were out delivering the Java Journal when we stumbled upon a delightful surprise during the West Michigan heatwave - a pink lemonade stand! At first, we thought it was a mirage, but nope, it was the real deal - a small business operated by some incredibly enterprising kids. Of course, being the supportive adults that we are, we just had to stop by and show our support. We bought some lemonade, grabbed a flyer (check out their artwork in the video) and we even came up with a catchy jingle to help these young entrepreneurs promote their stand.
It was such a heartwarming experience to see these kids learning the value of money and hard work at such a young age. Here's to the kiddos for grasping the importance of a dollar, and a big round of applause to mom and dad for instilling the value of hard work in them! Cheers to the next generation of business moguls in the making!
